Wife: What are you reading?
Me: A circuit-diagram reference book.
Wife: [snores]
Me: Hey - don't snore. Eleven thousand people have watched my youtube video of me playing my mandolin through a wireless amp I made because of stuff in this book.
Wife: Eleven thousand? That's not very many.
Me: Yes it is!
Wife: No -- I've seen videos on youtube with a million and half views.
Me: [scoffing] Well yeah, those have been linked by the mainstream media. Of course those videos will get that kind of traffic.
Wife: Oh. So you've had eleven thousand geeks watch your video. Because you got linked by geek websites.
