SITE UPDATE

Not that non-tech folks care, but I've made some pretty significant changes to my site in the behind-the-scenes portion of it. I recently switched my welding portion of my site from manual updates to a more automatic approach, similar to the way the primary blog is updated. The welding site was previously done in HTML/CGI-perl, but I figured I'd put each item into a database and have it pulled automatically. Since I have a tool to take email submissions and automatically dump them into a database, I figured this would be the next logical step.

I plan to move the charity portion of the site onto a database as well, freeing me up to make changes through email instead of having to manually manipulate the web page.

Good times.
