This morning, I checked out the batch, and it looks like the bubbles had pushed all the leaves up towards the mouth of the flower vase. Realizing that the vase shape wasn't going to do well for my batch of wine, I decided to move the batch into a punch bowl. My wife wasn't too happy about that. And now, it looks like the amount of liquid I have in there might be too little... I'll have to do some more reading and see how much is supposed to be in there.
