Long story short, I don't think I like wine. I think I just like fruity alcohol. The problem with my homemade wine is that it actually tastes like wine. So, after drinking a little bit of it, I decided to toss it out and abandon the project. In retrospect, I should probably have kept it and increased the alcohol content by freezing/thawing it, and then added whatever juiced I wanted to the mix. Oh well. Maybe next time. As for now, I think this project is done.
