2007 - A NEW ADVENTURE

Another year has ticked by, and just like Christmas, it seems to have passed without much personal fanfare. Even with the little rugrats running around opening presents and watching the Polar Express over and over again, something just seems to be missing. I think I've grown bored of the passing of time - each holiday is just another day to me.
I might be getting old. Or... I might need to start timing some of my goals such that they coincide with the end of the year. So far, all of my projects are open ended - there's no timeline involved, and "accomplishment" is just a matter of making progress. Setting my goals to end on particular holidays should take care of this problem.
To test this theory, I've decided to run a project through 2007 that ends on the last day of the year. I'll have exactly 365 days to accomplish the largest goal I've ever set for myself, and if all goes well, New Year's Eve in 2007 should be rather exciting.
My goal: Make $409,600 by the end of the year.
I started a new blog over at Blogger to keep track of the details of the project, and will post all updates to the project there. We'll see what happens.
Happy New Year!
