The US is implementing RFID chips to be placed on car dashboards as people enter the US from Canada. But rest assured... these will never be used for evil. Bob Mocny of the Department of Homeland Security says they're safe.
Mocny reassures foreigners that the wireless chip won't be used to track their movements beyond the border.
