The pizza turned out GREAT. For toppings, I had spinach, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, green onions, chicken, and colby jack cheese.

The dough was good... but I think there's something we could have done to spice it up a bit. I know that a lot of pizza places put corn meal in the dough to add some flavor - I might do that. I think i might put a light coat of oil on the crust edge to make it crispy, too.

All in all, I think it turned out pretty well. I think we may end up making a tradition out of making homemade pizza every Friday or something.
